川芎治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

Research Progress of Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)in Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

川芎是我国传统的活血化瘀中药,具有活血行气、祛风止痛的功效,在临床上应用广泛。其富含的川芎嗪、阿魏酸、藁本内酯等化学成分又具有多种药理作用,临床与动物实验研究显示无论有效成分、药对、处方或复方制剂均有明显脑保护作用。基于以上几点对近年来川芎在治疗缺血性脑卒中方面的研究进展进行综述,为其临床合理应用、科学有效开发提供参考。

Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)is a traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and Qi,dispelling wind and relieving pain,and is widely used in clinic.Its rich chemical constituents,such as ligustrazine,ferulic acid and ligustilide,have various pharmacological effects.Clinical and animal experimental studies have shown that a single drug,the active ingredient,drug pair,prescriptions or compound preparations all have obvious brain-protective effects.Based on the above points,this paper reviewed the research progress of Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)in the treatment of ischemic stroke in recent years to provide references for its rational clinical application and scientific and effective development.
