人参皂苷Re对非酒精性脂肪性肝病治疗作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Ginsenoside Re in Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

人参皂苷Re作为人参茎叶中含量最多的皂苷,具有抑制胰岛素抵抗、调节脂质代谢、改善线粒体功能障碍,缓解氧化应激、抑制炎症反应等多种药理作用。非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂肪蓄积为主要病理特征但无过量饮酒史的临床病理综合征。对近年来国内外文献进行综述,总结了人参皂苷Re的药理活性以及人参皂苷Re改善NAFLD的机制,以期将来对人参皂苷Re作为NAFLD治疗药物的基础研究及临床应用提供理论依据。

Ginsenoside Re,as the most abundant saponin in the stems and leaves of Renshen(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.),has many pharmacological effects,such as inhibiting insulin resistance,regulating lipid metabolism,improving mitochondrial dysfunction,relieving oxidative stress and inhibiting inflammatory response.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a clinical pathological syndrome characterized by hepatocellular steatosis and fat accumulation without a history of excessive alcohol consumption.In this paper,domestic and foreign literature in recent years was reviewed to summarize the pharmacological activities of ginsenoside Re and the mechanism by which ginsenoside Re improves NAFLD,so as to provide theoretical basis for the basic research and clinical application of ginsenoside Re as therapeutic drugs for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the future.
