葛根芩连汤化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Composition,Pharmacological Action and Clinical Application of Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤)

葛根芩连汤源自《伤寒论》,由葛根、黄芩、黄连、甘草4味药材组成,是医圣张仲景治疗表证未解,邪热入里证的经典方剂。目前研究发现,该复方化学成分复杂,包括黄酮类、生物碱类、三萜及其皂苷类、挥发油类、香豆素类、木脂素类、酚酸类等,其中以黄酮类、生物碱类、三萜及其皂苷类为主要药效成分。药理研究证实其具有解热抗菌、抗炎止泻、降糖降脂、解痉等多种功能活性,可广泛用于内、外、妇、儿、皮肤、五官等多科的诸多疾患,对消化、内分泌、循环、神经等多个系统疗效确切。主要对其化学成分、药理作用和临床应用进行系统综述,以期为其深入研发利用提供参考。

Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤)was first recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and consisted of four herbs,Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae).The author medical sage ZHANG Zhongjing used it to treat exterior syndrome and interior heat syndrome.The current research has found that the formula contains many chemical constituents,including flavonoids,alkaloids,triterpenoids and their saponins,volatile oils,coumarins,lignans,phenolic acids and so on.Among these,flavonoids,alkaloids and triterpenoids and their saponins are thought as the major bioactive components.Pharmacological studies have confirmed that it has many functional activities,such as antipyretic and antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antidiarrheal,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering and antispasmodic effect and so on.It can be widely used to treat internal,external,gynecologic,pediatrics,skin,cephalofacial and other diseases,and has a definite curative effect for digestive,endocrine,circulatory,nervous and other systems.This paper systematically summarized the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in order to provide a reference for its further development and utilization.
