摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)又称非编码RNA(ncRNA),因其具有丰富性、稳定性和组织特异性等特点,越来越成为多种疾病标志物和治疗靶点。国内外研究均发现circRNA可以通过不同机制在心肌纤维化病理过程中发挥重要作用。系统回顾了circRNA的生物起源及功能,并对circRNA在心肌纤维化中的研究进展及中医药治疗进行总结,以探究心肌纤维化病理生理机制并发掘潜在的治疗靶点。
CircRNA is also called non-coding RNA(ncRNA)which becomes markers for more and more diseases and therapeutic targets because of its characteristics of richness,stability and tissue specificity.Increasing studies have found that circRNA plays an important role in the pathological process of myocardial fibrosis through different mechanisms.This article systematically reviewed the biological origin and function of circRNA,and summarized the research progress of circRNA in myocardial fibrosis and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to explore the pathophysiological mechanism of myocardial fibrosis and explore potential therapeutic targets.
