从“风、血、毒”探讨帕金森病的病机与治疗

Discussion on Pathogenesis and Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease from "Wind, Blood, Toxin"

随着人口老龄化的加剧,帕金森病的发病率逐年攀升,目前对于该病的发病机制及治愈方式尚不明确。中医药学对帕金森病的认识载数千年,累积了丰富的临床经验和实用方剂。旨在梳理帕金森病关于“风、血、毒”的中医理论,探讨“风、血、毒”与帕金森病发病机制间存在的相关性,总结了原发性帕金森病的核心病机为“血伤风动,酿毒入络”,其中早发型帕金森病与老年型帕金森病的病机存在异同,论治时需把握“养血解毒,熄风止颤”的核心治则。

With the increase of population aging,the incidence of Parkinson’s disease is increasing year by year.At present,the pathogenesis and cure of the Parkinson’s disease are still unclear.The knowledge of Parkinson’s disease in traditional Chinese medicine has been known for thousands of years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience and practical prescriptions.This article aims to sort out the TCM theory of"wind,blood,toxin"in Parkinson’s disease,explore the relationship between"wind,blood,and toxin"and the possible pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease discovered today,and summarize the core pathogenesis of primary Parkinson’s disease which is"blood damage and wind disturbing,toxin entering the collaterals".Among them,the pathogenesis of early-onset Parkinson’s disease and senile Parkinson’s disease have similarities and differences.The core rule of treatment is"nourishing blood and releasing toxin,calming the wind to stop tremor".
