基于肠道菌群探讨中医凉血化瘀法在湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的应用 被引量:1

Discussion on Application of Cooling Blood and Transforming Blood Stasis Principle in Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration Based on Intestinal Flora

摘要 年龄相关性黄斑变性的发病机制至今仍不明确,但相关研究已证实炎症反应是导致该病发生的关键因素。现有研究表明,湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的发病与肠道菌群紊乱有关,肠道菌群的改变可以诱发机体炎症反应,而参与炎症反应的细胞因子在中医瘀热证中亦处于高表达状态。根据国医大师唐由之多年治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性经验,凉血化瘀法对该病有良好的疗效,拟从肠道菌群对机体的影响入手,探讨凉血化瘀法治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的可能机制,为临床进一步的推广及应用提供理论依据。 Though the pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is still unclear,many studies have confirmed that inflammation is the key factor leading to the occurrence of the disease.It was shown by the recent research that the onset of wet age-related macular degeneration is related to the disorder of the intestinal flora.Changes of intestinal flora can induce inflammation in the body,and the cytokines involved in inflammation are also highly expressed in TCM blood stasis-heat syndrome.According to the years’clinical experience of TANG Youzhi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration,cooling the blood and transforming blood stasis principle has a good effect on wAMD.This article intended to explore the possible mechanism from the prospective of intestinal flora,and provided a theoretical basis for further clinical promotion and application.
