桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗对子宫肌瘤血清表皮生长因子、性激素及炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill(桂枝茯苓丸)Auxiliary Therapy on Serum Levels of Epidermal Growth Factor,Sex Hormone and Inflammatory Factor in Patients with Uterine Myoma

目的分析桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗对子宫肌瘤患者血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、性激素及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取医院2018年8月—2020年8月收治的子宫肌瘤患者122例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.16%(55/61),对照组为75.41%(46/61),治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前EGF、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、性激素水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后IL-2水平高于对照组,EGF、TNF-α、性激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应率(13.11%,8/61)与对照组(16.39%,10/61)组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗对子宫肌瘤可降低EGF、性激素水平,抑制炎症反应,提高临床疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill(桂枝茯苓丸)auxiliary therapy on serum epidermal growth factor(EGF),sex hormone and inflammatory factor level in patients with uterine leiomyoma.Methods A total of 122 cases of uterine leiomyoma treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic therapy,the research group was treated with Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)-Fuling(Poria)auxiliary therapy,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 90.16%(55/61)in the research group and 75.41%(46/61)in the control group,and the total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,EGF,interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sex hormone level between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-2 in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of EGF,TNF-αand sex hormone in the research group were lower than those in the control group.The adverse reaction rate in the research group(13.11%,8/61)was higher than that in the control group(16.39%,10/61).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)-Fuling(Poria)can reduce the levels of EGF and sex hormone,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,improve the clinical curative effect,and has high safety in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
