中药川楝子药理毒理探讨与合理用药思考

Discussion and Consideration on Pharmacology and Toxicology of Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus)and Its Rational Application

川楝子至今有近2000多年药用历史,药材资源丰富,临床应用广泛。川楝子具有驱虫、抗炎、镇痛、抗肉毒、抗肿瘤等药理作用,同时也存在肝毒性、肾毒性、生殖毒性及消化系统毒性等不良反应。结合近30年文献,尝试基于化学成分探讨川楝子药理/毒理作用,从明辨品种、辨证施药、合理配伍、严控量程、药有禁忌等角度探讨川楝子合理用药注意事项,以期对川楝子的临床安全合理应用提供参考依据。

There are nearly 2000 years of medicinal history of Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus)and its medicinal materials are abundant and widely used in clinic.Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus)has the pharmacological effects of insect repellent,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antitumor,and also has the adverse effects of hepatotoxicity,nephrotoxicity,reproductive toxicity and digestive system toxicity.Based on the chemical composition,this paper analyzed the pharmacological toxicological characteristics of Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus),discussed the points for attention in clinical application,in order to provide a reference basis for the clinical safe and rational use of Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus).
