摘要 缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)起病急骤,具有高发病率、高病死率、高复发率和高致残率的特点,是全球范围内导致死亡和残疾的主要原因。随着药物的静脉溶栓或动脉溶栓、介入取栓术等治疗方法的广泛应用,脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,CI/R)将成为临床面临的主要问题。蛋白质组学在脑血管疾病,尤其是CI/R具有举足轻重的作用,近年来,为明确CI/R治疗的蛋白质靶标和作用通路,已进行了大量的动物和细胞实验研究,对进一步探究CI/R的病理发生途径,寻找有效的治疗药物具有重要意义。对蛋白质组学在CI/R中的病理生理机制,以及筛选的差异蛋白和信号通路作简要综述。 Ischemic stroke(IS)occurs abruptly,combined with the characteristics of high incidence,high recurrence rate,high morbidity and high mortality.IS is the worldwide leading cause of death and disability.With the wide application of drug intravenous thrombolysis or arterial thrombolysis interventional thrombectomy and other therapeutic methods,cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CI/R)will be a major clinical problem.Proteomics plays an important role in cerebrovascular diseases,especially CI/R.In recent years,in order to clarify the protein target and action pathway of CI/R therapy,a large number of animal and cell experimental studies have been carried out,with great significance for further exploring the pathological mechanism of CI/R and searching for effective therapeutic drugs.In this review,we briefly reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms of proteomics in CI/R as well as the screened differential proteins and signaling pathways.
