基于和法探讨中风后遗症针灸辨治

Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Acupuncture of Apoplectic Sequelae Based on Harmony Method

中风后遗症发病率高、致残率高,且临床表现缠绵难愈,病因病机主要包括正邪失调和脏腑功能失调。临床基于“凡气有不正者,皆赖调和”理论,以“和”为指导思想治疗本病,通过调和的手段使正气存内,与外在邪气维持平和;调整各脏腑之间的机能,使身心达到和谐稳定的状态。依据针刺调气的机理,以和法为原则,以辨证对症为基础,重视脾胃,选取调气要穴,多针浅刺,可有效治疗中风后遗症。

The incidence of stroke sequela is high,the disability rate is high,and clinical manifestations are lingering and hard to recover.Etiology and pathogenesis mainly include maladjustment of the body and the body and dysfunction of the Zang-Fu organs.Based on the principle of“harmony”in the treatment of this disease,we can keep the healthy Qi in the internal and maintain peace with the external evil Qi by means of harmony,and adjust the functions of various Zang-Fu organs to achieve a harmonious and stable state of body and mind.According to the mechanism of regulating Qi by acupuncture,the principle of harmony,the basis of syndrome differentiation,the importance of spleen and stomach,the selection of key points for regulating Qi and shallow needling with multiple needles can effectively treat the sequelae of stroke.
