连花清瘟颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗老年支气管肺炎临床疗效及安全性观察

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Observation of Lianhua Qingwen Granule(连花清瘟颗粒)Combined with Pidomod in Treatment of Senile Bronchial Pneumonia

目的探究连花清瘟颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗老年支气管肺炎临床疗效及安全性。方法研究共计纳入123例老年支气管肺炎患者,均由医院2020年1月—2021年2月收治,将收入患者以随机数字表法分成两组,对照组62例患者采取匹多莫德治疗,观察组61例患者采取匹多莫德+连花清瘟颗粒治疗,比较各组患者治疗效果、肺功能指标变化及中医证候积分(咳嗽发热、喘促、纳差腹胀、便稀等)变化、血清降钙素原(PCT)原及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)指标、各组症状与体征恢复时间、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞水平变化、免疫球蛋白指标变化、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗效果比对照组好,治疗总有效率分别为96.72%(59/61)、85.48%(53/62),P<0.05;两组患者治疗前肺功能指标及中医证候积分(咳嗽发热、喘促、纳差腹胀、便稀等)、PCT及ESR、CRP、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞水平变化、免疫球蛋白指标比较,P>0.05,经治疗后各组患者肺功能指标及中医证候积分(咳嗽发热、喘促、纳差腹胀、便稀等)、PCT及ESR、CRP、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞水平变化、免疫球蛋白指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后肺功能指标及中医证候积分(咳嗽发热、喘促、纳差腹胀、便稀等)、PCT及ESR、CRP、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞水平变化、免疫球蛋白指标优于对照组,P<0.05;对照组未见不良反应(0.00%),观察组1例恶心(1.64%),P>0.05。结论连花清瘟颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗老年支气管肺炎临床疗效显著,治疗安全性较高,患者恢复好,值得应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen Granule(连花清瘟颗粒)combined with pidomod in the treatment of senile bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 123 elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia were included in this study,all of whom were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(62 patients)received pidomod treatment while the observation group(61 patients)received pidomod and Lianhua Qingren Granule.The two groups'treatment effect,pulmonary function index change and TCM syndrome integral(fever,cough,shortness of breath,anorexia,abdominal distension,loose,etc.),serum calcitonin(PCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP),symptoms and signs of recovery time,T cell subsets and NK cell level,immunoglobulin index changes and adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72%(59/61)and that of the control group was 85.48%(53/62),respectively(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes,TCM syndrome scores,PCT,ESR,CRP,T cell subsets,NK cell levels and immunoglobulin indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,lung function indexes,TCM syndrome scores,PCT,ESR,CRP,T cell subsets,NK cell levels and immunoglobulin indexes were improved in all groups.After treatment,lung function indexes,TCM syndrome scores,PCT,ESR,CRP,T cell subsets,NK cell levels and immunoglobulin indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the control group(0.00%),and 1 case of nausea in the observation group(1.64%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen Granule combined with pidomod in the treatment of senile bronchial pneumonia has significant clinical efficacy,high safety and good recovery of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
