龟鹿二仙胶加味辅助化疗治疗晚期大肠癌疗效及对免疫功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Modified Guilu Erxian Glue(龟鹿二仙胶加味)on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer

摘要:目的观察龟鹿二仙胶加味辅助化疗治疗晚期大肠癌患者疗效及对免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法选择2017年9月—2019年8月在医院接受治疗的66例晚期大肠癌患者,按1∶1随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),对照组予以FOLFOX6方案治疗;观察组在对照组基础上采用加味龟鹿二仙胶汤剂治疗。观察两组治疗前后骨髓功能、中医证候积分、免疫功能以及生存质量。结果治疗后,观察组血小板(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05);观察组中医证候总积分[(5.11±0.87)分]与对照组[(8.62±1.68)分]相比明显更低(P<0.05);观察组CD_(3)^(+)[(68.33±11.36)%]、CD_(4)^(+)[(52.13±11.52)%]、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(1.67±0.59)及NK细胞活性[(34.32±6.68)%]与对照组CD_(3)^(+)[(42.22±10.00)%]、CD_(4)^(+)[(22.27±7.87)%]、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(0.56±0.40)及NK细胞活性[(16.99±4.67)%]相比明显升高,但CD_(8)^(+)[(19.39±2.40)%]较对照组[(44.21±6.98)%]降低(P<0.05);观察组生存质量总分(78.72±4.77)与对照组(70.53±4.21)相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论龟鹿二仙胶加味辅助化疗治疗晚期大肠癌具有较好的疗效,不仅能有效缓解患者临床症状,还能改善患者骨髓功能,提高其免疫功能,从而进一步提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Modified Guilu Erxian Glue(龟鹿二仙胶加味)in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer and its influence on immune function and quality of life.Methods Sixty-six patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to 1∶1.The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 regimen.The observation group was treated with Modified Guilu Erxian Glue on the basis of the control group.Bone marrow function,TCM syndrome score,immune function and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,PLT,WBC,Hb and RBC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group[(5.11±0.87)points]was significantly lower than that in the control group[(8.62±1.68)points](P<0.05).The levels of CD_(3)^(+)[(68.33±11.36)%],CD_(4)^(+)[(52.13±11.52)%],CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(1.67±0.59)and NK cell activity[(34.32±6.68)%]in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[CD_(3)^(+)(42.22±10.00)%,CD_(4)^(+)(22.27±7.87)%,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(0.56±0.40)and NK cell activity(16.99±4.67)%],but CD_(8)^(+)[(19.39±2.40)%]in the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(44.21±6.98)%](P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the observation group[(78.72±4.77)points]was significantly higher than that in the control group[(70.53±4.21)points](P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guilu Erxian Glue adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has good curative effect,which can not only effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve the bone marrow function and immune function of patients,so as to further improve the quality of life of patients.
