中医药治疗小儿腺样体肥大研究进展

Research progress in Chinese medicine treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children

从中医病因病机及治疗[分期论治、分型论治、经方加减、自拟方加减、中医特色疗法(针刺、艾灸、推拿和刮痧等)]2个方面总结了近5年来中医药治疗小儿腺样体肥大的研究进展。认为中医药治疗该病疗效显著,治疗方法以疏风清热、化痰散结、活血祛瘀、健脾、疏肝、补肾为主。

This paper summarizes the research progress in Chinese medicine treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children in recent 5 years from two aspects:etiology pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy[staging treatment,TCM syndrome-typing based therapy,the modification of classical prescription,the modification of self-made prescription,characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine(acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and scraping etc.)].The effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease is significant.The treatment should give first place to dispelling wind and clearing away heat,resolving phlegm to dissipate stagnation,activating blood to eliminate stagnation,invigorating spleen,soothing liver,and tonifying kidney.
