自拟益气脱敏汤联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒型49例临床观察

Clinical observation on 49 cases of children with allergic rhinitis of syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi treated with self-made Yiqi Tuomin Tang( 益气脱敏汤) combined with loratadine

目的观察自拟益气脱敏汤联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒型的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月来我院儿科诊治的过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒型患儿98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各49例。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予自拟益气脱敏汤治疗,连续治疗1月后比较2组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后的炎性因子、IgE、临床症状评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率(91.84%)高于对照组(75.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组白三烯B4(LTB4)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组LTB4、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组IgE水平、临床症状评分均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组IgE水平、临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应总发生率为8.16%,治疗组为10.20%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益气脱敏汤联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒型临床疗效显著,可有效抑制炎症反应,缓解相关临床症状,安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Yiqi Tuomin Tang(益气脱敏汤)combined with loratadine in treating children with allergic rhinitis of syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi.Methods Ninety-eight children with allergic rhinitis of syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi treated in the pediatrics department of Lishui Central Hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,49 cases in each one.The control group was treated with loratadine,while the treatment group was given self-made Yiqi Tuomin Tang based on the treatment of the control group.After one month of consecutive treatment,the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and changes in inflammatory factors,Ig E,and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(91.84%vs 75.51%),and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05);the LTB4,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 levels decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and they were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the IgE levels and clinical symptom scores decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and they were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups was not statistically different(8.16%vs 10.20%,P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Yiqi Tuomin Tang combined with loratadine is effective and safe to inhibit inflammation and relieve related clinical symptoms for children with allergic rhinitis of syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi.
