穴位注射联合语言训练治疗脑瘫儿童语言障碍30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of speech disorder in children with cerebral palsy treated with the combination of acupoint injection and language training

目的观察穴位注射联合语言训练治疗小儿脑瘫语言功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合脑瘫诊断标准同时合并语言障碍的患儿60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组用单纯语言训练,治疗组采用穴位注射联合语言训练治疗,分别于治疗前后运用S-S评估法、北京盖什尔(Gesell)量表语言发育商(DQ)评分评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.9%,优于对照组的56.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前2组Gesell量表语言DQ评分比较;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组DQ评分较治疗前均有不同程度提高(P<0.01),且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位注射联合语言训练能有效改善脑瘫儿童语言功能障碍。

Objective To observe the effect of speech disorder in children with cerebral palsy treated with the combination of acupoint injection and language training.Methods 60 children who met the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy and combined with language disorders were randomly divided into control group and therapy group,30 cases in each group.The control group was trained with simple language,and the therapy group was treated with acupoint injection combined with language training,the curative effects were evaluated by S-S assessment and Beijing Gesell Scale language DQ score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the therapy group was80.9%,which was better than 56.6%in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in the language DQ according to Gesell Scale(P>0.05),and the results had good comparability.After treatment,the language DQ scores of the 2 groups had improved to varying degree(P<0.01),and the scores of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with language training can effectively improve language dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.
