复方胃蛋白酶散辅助治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的疗效及对相关因子的影响

Clinical effect and influence on pneumonic secondary diarrhea in children and related factors treated with Compound Pepsin Powder as an adjuvant therapy

目的观察复方胃蛋白酶散辅助治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的疗效及对相关因子的影响。方法选取我院儿科2014年1月至2017年1月收治的68例肺炎继发腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。对照组给予抗生素以及对症支持治疗,加用复方乳酸菌胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予复方胃蛋白酶散口服,2组均以5~7d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果对照组总有效率为70.59%,治疗组为94.12%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肺炎和腹泻病程均明显短于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胃动素(MOT)及生长抑素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组血清GAS、血浆MOT水平均明显下降,生长抑素水平明显上升,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降或上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论复方胃蛋白酶散辅助治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻疗效显著,未见明显不良反应发生。

Objective To observe the effect and influence on pneumonic secondary diarrhea in children and related factors treated with Compound Pepsin Powder as an adjuvant therapy.Methods 68 cases of children with pneumonic secondary diarrhea from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 34 cases in each.The control group was given antibiotics,symptomatic and supportive therapy,and plus oral Compound Lactobacillus Capsule,the therapy group was given Compound Pepsin Powder oral administration on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 5 to 7 days for 1 course.After 1 course of treatment,the curative effect was statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was70.59%,while that of the therapy group was 94.12%,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The duration of pneumonia and diarrhea in the therapy group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum gastrin(GAS),plasma motilin(MOT)and somatostatin levels in the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the level of serum GAS and plasma MOT decreased significantly in the 2 groups,and the somatostatin increased obviously.Compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the therapy group decreased or increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Pepsin Powder as an adjuvant therapy was effective in the treatment of pneumonic secondary diarrhea in children,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.
