自拟健脾清润汤治疗小儿功能性便秘食积内热型146例临床观察

Clinical observation on 146 cases of children with functional constipation of food retention cause internal heat type treated with self-made Jianpi Qingrun Decoction(健脾清润汤)

目的观察自拟健脾清润汤治疗小儿功能性便秘(FC)食积内热型的临床疗效。方法选择2015年9月至2017年9月在襄阳市中医医院门诊就诊的FC食积内热型患儿244例,随机分为治疗组146例和对照组98例,治疗组口服自拟健脾清润汤,对照组口服凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片,治疗4周后统计2组的临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗2周和4周时治疗组总有效率分别为84.9%,94.5%,对照组分别为70.4%,78.6%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发17例(12.3%),对照组复发32例(41.5%),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾清润汤治疗小儿FC临床疗效显著,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with functional constipation of food retention cause internal heat type treated with modified Jianpi Qingrun Decoction.Methods From September 2015 to September 2017,244 cases of functional constipation of food retention cause internal heat type in Xiangyang hospital of TCM were randomly divided into therapy group(146 cases)and control group(98 cases).The therapy group was treated with Jianpi Qingrun Decoction and the control group was treated with oral administration of Bacillus Coagulans Live Bacteria Tablets,the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of 2 groups were statistically analyzed after 4 weeks.Results The total effective rates in the therapy group were 84.9%and 94.5%at 2 and 4 weeks respectively,while those in the control group were 70.4%and 78.6%respectively,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).17 cases(12.3%)relapsed in the therapy group,while 32 cases(41.5%)in the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Jianpi Qingrun Decoction has significant clinical curative effect on children with FC,and the recurrence rate is low.
