冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘74例临床观察

Clinical observation on 74 cases of asthma in children treated with acupoint application by the method of curing winter diseases in summer

目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月至2017年12月在嘉兴市中医医院收治的148例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各74例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,2组均治疗30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后比较治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.59%,显著高于对照组的78.38%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)及第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组PEF、FVC、FEV1、CD8^+显著高于对照组,而CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著低于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘疗效满意,能明显改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pediatric asthma treated with acupoint application which principle is winter disease being cured in summer.Methods 148 cases of children with asthma in our hospital from December,2014 to December,2017 were selected and divided randomly into therapy group and control group with 74 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine,while the therapy group was given acupoint application which principle is winter disease being cured in summer on the basis of the control group’s treatment.Both groups were treated for 30 days as 1 courses.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of lung function and immune function before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.38%),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups of peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+(P>0.05);after treatment,PEF,FVC,FEV1 and CD8^+in the therapy group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of winter disease with summer acupoint application is satisfactory in treating infantile asthma.It can significantly improve the lung function and immune function of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
