中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患儿25例临床观察

Clinical observation on 25 cases of children with helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2012年4月至2017年3月我院儿科门诊收治的50例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗。检测2组治疗前后血清胃蛋白酶原1(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原比值(PGR)、胃泌素17(G-17)水平并对临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为76.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组Hp根治率为92.0%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清PGⅠ、PGR、G-17水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清PGⅠ、PGR、G-17水平明显降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05);对照组治疗后仅PGⅠ明显降低(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论半夏泻心汤加减联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎患儿临床疗效显著,值得推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect of children with helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 50 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia from April 2012 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 25 cases in each.The quadruple therapy was given to the control group,and the therapy group was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.The serum pepsinogen 1(PGⅠ),pepsinogen ratio(PGR),as well as the level of gastrin 17(G-17)were measured before and after treatment in the2 groups and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 92.0%in the therapy group and 76.0%in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The cure rate of Hp in the therapy group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%),the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum PGⅠ,PGR,G-17 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of PGⅠ,PGR,and G-17 in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decrease was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,only PGⅠdecreased significantly in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion The combination of Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus quadruple therapy in the treatment of children with helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
