杜克宽教授善用"五脏三层辨证法"诊治小儿疾病,认为小儿尿白症主要病机是精微下注、清浊不分。病位主要在肾与膀胱,与肺脾有关。病性为虚实夹杂,初发以实证为主,多为湿热下注;后期以虚证为主,责于脾肾之虚。治宜标本兼顾,清利与扶正并施。

Professor DU Kekuan is good at using"The syndrome differentiation of TCM about the five zangorgans and the three levels"in the diagnosis and treatment of children’s disease.He believes that the main pathogenesis of infantile urinary turbidity is the essence subtle substance flowing down as well as the clear and the turbid cannot be separated.And the position of the disease is mainly in kidney and bladder,related to lung and spleen.The disease of TCM syndrome characteristics is intermingled deficiency and excess.The former stage of this disease is excessive syndrome,and most of them is damp-heat flowing down type;while the later period is deficiency type mainly,which is because of the deficiency of spleen and kidney.In the treatment of this disease,we should address both the symptoms and root cause.At the same time,clearing and strengthening the body resistance.
