胃苓汤加减联合推拿治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻45例临床观察

Clinical observation on 45 cases of acute non-bacterial infections diarrhea in children treated with the combination of modified Weiling Decoction and Tuina

目的观察胃苓汤加减联合推拿治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院儿科2015年6月至2017年5月就诊的90例急性非细菌感染性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组给予胃苓汤加减联合推拿治疗,2组均连续治疗3 d。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、大便次数、大便性状、体温恢复正常时间。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的71.11%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组大便次数、大便性状、体温恢复正常时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃苓汤加减联合推拿治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acute non-bacterial infections diarrhea in children treated with the combination of modified Weiling Decoction and Tuina.Methods 90 cases of children with acute nonbacterial infections diarrhea in our hospital from Jun.2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided randomly into therapy group and control group with 45 cases in each.The therapy group was given the combination of modified Weiling Decoction and Tuina,while the control group was given conventional Western medicine.All patients were treated for 3 days.The clinical effect,stool frequency,stool property and time returning to normal temperature of two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 93.33%,much higher than 71.11%of control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).Patients’stool frequency,stool property and time returning to normal temperature of therapy group were lower than that of control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Weiling Decoction and Tuina can treat children with acute non-bacterial infections diarrhea effectively,which can obviously improve patients’clinical symptoms.
