清热化浊通窍汤辅助治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎41例临床观察

Clinical observation on 41 cases of children with acute nasosinusitis treated with Qingre Huazhuo Tongqiao Tang as an adjunctive therapy

目的观察清热化浊通窍汤辅助治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将82例急性鼻窦炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上加服自拟清热化浊通窍汤,比较2组的临床疗效和复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为97.56%,显著高于对照组的90.24%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗时间为(7.91±2.61)d,复发率为6.25%,明显短于对照组的(12.04±3.05)d和34.78%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热化浊通窍汤辅助治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎不仅疗效显著,而且可缩短病程,并减少复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with acute nasosinusitis treated with Qingre Huazhuo Tongqiao Tang as an adjunctive therapy.Methods 82 cases of children with acute nasosinusitis were divided randomly into therapy group and control group with 41 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the therapy group was given self-made Qingre Huazhuo Tongqiao Tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and recurrence rate of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 97.56%,much higher than 90.24%of control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).The time of therapy in therapy group was(7.91±2.61)days,and its recovery rate was 6.25%,which were much lower than(12.04±3.05)days and 34.78%of control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Huazhuo Tongqiao Tang as an adjunctive therapy can treat children with acute nasosinusitis effectively for not only improving clinical effect,but also shortening course of disease and reducing the recurrence rate.
