季德胜蛇药外敷联合喜炎平辅助治疗流行性腮腺炎82例临床观察

Clinical observation on 82 cases of mumps treated with the combination of external coating of Ji Desheng's snake medicine and Xiyanping as an adjunctive therapy

目的观察季德胜蛇药外敷联合喜炎平静脉滴注治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2013年1月至2016年5月确诊为流行性腮腺炎患儿127例,随机分为治疗组82例和对照组45例。对照组给予利巴韦林静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上外敷季德胜蛇药,并静脉滴注喜炎平注射液。2组均治疗3~5 d后统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组的73.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在体温下降时间、疼痛缓解时间、消肿时间及治疗天数等方面均短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组未出现睾丸炎、脑膜炎、胰腺炎、卵巢炎、肾炎、心肌炎等并发症,对照组出现睾丸炎、脑膜炎、胰腺炎等并发症共5例,随即给予对症治疗。结论季德胜蛇药外敷联合喜炎平静脉滴注治疗流行性腮腺炎,不仅可明显改善患儿腮腺肿痛症状、缩短退热时间,而且减少了并发症的发生,疗效满意,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect of mumps treated with the combination of external coating of Ji Desheng’s snake medicine and Xiyanping as an adjunctive therapy.Methods 127 cases of children with mumps from January 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group(82 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group was given intravenous drip of Ribavirin,while the therapy group was given external coating of Ji Desheng’s snake medicine and Xiyanping injection based on the treatment of control group.After treated for 3 or 5 days,the clinical effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 93.9%,much higher than 73.4%in control group with significant difference(P<0.01).The time of temperature-dropping,pain-relieving,swell-disappearing and treatment in therapy group were less than that in control group with significant differences(P<0.01).There was no complication occurred in therapy group,like orchitis,meningitis,pancreatitis,ovaritis,nephritis and myocarditis.But orchitis,meningitis,pancreatitis which occurred in 5 cases of control group were treated on time.Conclusion The combination of external coating of Ji Desheng’s snake medicine and Xiyanping as an adjunctive therapy has a significant effect on reduction of anti-febrile time and complication,obvious improvement of swelling parotid gland,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
