中西医结合治疗儿童支原体肺炎46例临床观察

Clinical observation on 46 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年9月至2016年9月我院收治的支原体肺炎患儿92例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上加中药复方麻杏石甘汤合泻白散,2组均治疗2周后比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的80.44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿体温恢复正常时间,肺部啰音、肺部阴影消失时间,咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组最大肺活量(FVC),第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),FEV1/FVC肺功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组肺功能指标均明显改善,且治疗组改善幅度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗儿童支原体肺炎临床疗效满意,不仅缩短了疗程,而且可较迅速地改善患儿的临床症状,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 92 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia from September2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 46 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western therapy,while the therapy group was given Maxing Shigan Decoction combined Xiebai San based on the treatment of control group.After treated for 2 weeks,the clinical effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 95.65%,much higher than80.44%in control group with significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearing time of moist rale,cough and pulmonary shadow as well as the temperature recovery time in therapy group were obvious shorter than that of control group with significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC of two groups(P>0.05).Comparing with the same group before treatment,the indices of pulmonary function improved,and these improved much more in therapy group than in control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine can treat children with mycoplasma pneumonia effectively for shortening course and improving patients symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
