清热活血方辅助治疗小儿过敏性紫癜30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of children with allergic purpura treated with Qingre Huoxue Prescription as an adjuvant therapy

目的观察清热活血方辅助治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用中药清热活血方治疗,疗程均为2周。观察比较2组的临床疗效及紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛消失时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热活血方辅助治疗小儿过敏性紫癜效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods 60 cases of children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and therapy group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the therapy group was given modified Qingre Huoxue Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.All patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks as one course.The disappearing time of purpura,abdominal pain and arthralgia as well as clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 96.7%and 73.3%respectively,difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearing time of purpura,abdominal pain and arthralgia in therapy group were shorter than that in control group,differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Huoxue Prescription,as an adjuvant therapy,can treat children with allergic purpura effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
