地佐辛结合小剂量右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉用于鼻内窥镜手术的有效性及满意度探讨

The effectiveness and satisfaction of dezocine combined with low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted general anesthesia for endoscopic sinus surgery

目的研究鼻内窥镜手术患者行地佐辛+小剂量右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的效果。方法数据遴选本院2020年12月-2021年12月收治的80例鼻内窥镜手术患者,“随机抽样法”分单纯组(单纯静脉全麻,n=40)、研讨组(地佐辛+小剂量右美托咪定辅助全麻,n=40),2组疗效比较分析。结果麻醉诱导前比较2组临床指标、炎症因子无差异,P>0.05;拔管后与单纯组比较,研讨组HR、MAP指标及SAS评分更低;IL-10、CRP及TNF-α指标更低;研讨组满意率(97.50%)高于单纯组(82.50%),χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论地佐辛+小剂量右美托咪定辅助全麻可稳定鼻内窥镜手术患者的生命体征、降低炎症反应,提高满意度、值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of general anesthesia with dezocine and low-dose dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods The data selected 80 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to November 2021,and were divided into control group(simple intravenous general anesthesia,n=40)and observation group(dizol)by“random sampling method”.Xin+low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted general anesthesia,n=40),a comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups.Results There was no difference in clinical indicators and inflammatory factors between the two groups before induction of anesthesia,P>0.05;after extubation,compared with the control group,the HR,MAP and SAS scores of the observation group were lower;IL-10,CRP and TNF-αindicators Lower;the satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.50%)is higher than that of the control group(82.50%),χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Dezocine+low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted general anesthesia can stabilize the vital signs of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery,reduce inflammation,and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of praise.
