鼻腔雾化吸入糖皮质激素用于慢性鼻窦炎手术前后配合的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nasal nebulization inhalation of corticosteroids before and after the operation of chronic sinusitis

目的探讨鼻腔雾化吸入糖皮质激素用于慢性鼻窦炎手术前后配合的效果。方法选取2017年4月-2019年4月慢性鼻窦炎患者64例,按照随机数字表法分两组,32例,对照组予以内窥镜微创手术及常规术前准备,观察在对照组基础上配合糖皮质激素鼻腔雾化吸入治疗。治疗2周后进行疗效评估,并进行Lund-Kennedy内镜评分,测定EOS计数及血清皮质醇水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),且观察组Lund-Kennedy内镜评分较对照组低,EOS计数较对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05);而组间血清皮质醇水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素鼻腔雾化吸入用于慢性鼻窦炎手术前后配合中可有效提高临床疗效,改善鼻腔症状,同时还能降低EOS计数,并且对血清皮质醇水平影响较小。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal nebulization inhalation of corticosteroids before and after chronic sinusitis surgery.Methods Selected 64 patients with chronic sinusitis from April 2017 to April 2019,divided into two groups according to the random number table method,32 cases,the control group underwent endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and routine preoperative preparations,and observed in the control group On the basis of cooperating with glucocorticoid nasal nebulization inhalation therapy.After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated,and the Lund-Kennedy endoscopy score was performed to determine the EOS count and serum cortisol level.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The Lund-Kennedy endoscopy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the EOS count was lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).0.05);while there was no significant difference in serum cortisol levels between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid nasal nebulization inhalation can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the nasal symptoms,and reduce the EOS count when used before and after chronic sinusitis surgery,and has a small effect on the serum cortisol level.
