CT与MRI在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用价值分析

Application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的分析在临床鼻咽癌诊断中采用CT与MRI两种影像学手段进行诊断的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年3月-2021年3月期间经过临床病理明确诊断为鼻咽癌的62例患者作为观察对象,所有观察对象均经过CT及MRI影像学检查。对比两者检查结果以及临床分期情况。结果CT在颅底部位的总检出率占比显著低于MRI在颅底部位的总检出率(33.87%VS67.74%),差异显著有可比性P<0.05;CT在鼻咽部位的总检出率占比显著低于MRI在颅底部位的总检出率(58.06%VS87.10%),差异显著有可比性P<0.05。结论采用MRI影像学检查手段在鼻咽癌诊断中的检出率更好,应用价值更好。

Objective To analyze the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 62 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by Clinicopathology in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the observation objects.All the observation objects underwent CT and MRI imaging examination.The examination results and clinical stages were compared.Results The total detection rate of CT in skull base was significantly lower than that of MRI(33.87%vs 67.74%).The difference was significantly comparable(P<0.05);The total detection rate of CT in nasopharynx was significantly lower than that of MRI in skull base(58.06%vs 87.10%),and the difference was significantly comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate and application value of MRI in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are better.
