64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术评估儿童腺样体情况的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究将64排螺旋电子计算机断层扫描(CT)低剂量扫描技术,把其应用到儿童腺样体肥大患儿中,对其辐射剂量、图像质量的作用、效果。方法2020年3月-2021年10月,于我院接收并对其进行检查的疑似是儿童腺样体肥大患儿,共80例,根据不同检查方法分为2组,即:对照组40例接受常规CT(即120kV的管电压),观察组40例接受64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术(即80kV的管电压),比较两组病人的疗效。结果(1)检查后,观察组的辐射剂量相较于对照组对比更低,P<0.05。(2)检查后,2组的图像质量对比未见明显差异,P>0.05。结论在对儿童腺样体肥大患儿进行检查期间,应用64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术(即80kV的管电压),能够保障诊断要求,并降低患儿辐射剂量,能够给临床中儿童腺样体肥大方面的检查给予更多的参照,可应用与推广。 Objective To study 64 slice spiral computed tomography(CT)low dose scanning technology was applied to children with adenoidal hypertrophy,and its effect on radiation dose and image quality.Methods From March 2020 to October 2021,80 children with suspected adenoidal hypertrophy were received and examined in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to different examination methods,that is,40 cases in the control group received routine CT(i.e.120kv tube voltage),40 patients in the observation group received 64 row spiral CT low-dose scanning technology(i.e.80kV tube voltage),and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)after examination,the radiation dose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.(2)After examination,there was no significant difference in image quality between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion During the examination of children with adenoid hypertrophy,64 slice spiral CT low-dose scanning technology should be used(i.e.80kV tube voltage),which can ensure the diagnostic requirements,reduce the radiation dose of children,give more reference to the clinical examination of adenoid hypertrophy in children,and can be applied and popularized.
