探讨全方位护理干预在小儿急性喉炎中的应用效果

Explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with acute laryngitis

目的观察全方位护理干预在小儿急性喉炎中的运用效果。方法筛选本院诊治的60例小儿急性喉炎患儿为探究对象,研究时间段为2019年12月-2020年12月,全部患儿诊疗资料均完整保存且应用数字双盲法分组,组名称为实验组(30例)、参照组(30例)。参照组护理过程中实施常规护理,实验组实施全方位护理干预,比较各组护理情况、家长护理满意度、并发症情况。结果实验组症状缓解时间明显较参照组早,住院时间明显较参照组短,雾化治疗次数明显较参照组少,P<0.05;实验组护理总有效率为96.67%,明显高于参照组的80.00%,P<0.05实验组各项家长护理满意度评分显著较参照组高,P<0.05。结论在小儿急性喉炎患儿护理中实施全方位护理干预具有显著效果,可有效促进症状缓解,减少雾化治疗次数,同时还可缩短住院时间,降低并发症风险,提高家长护理满意度,应用价值理想。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with acute laryngitis.Methods Sixty children with acute laryngitis in children diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of investigation.The study period was from December 2019 to December 2020.All the children’s diagnosis and treatment data were completely preserved and were grouped by digital double-blind method.The names are the experimental group(30 cases)and the reference group(30 cases).Routine nursing was implemented in the nursing process of the reference group,and comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in the experimental group to compare the nursing status of each group,parental care satisfaction,and complications.Results The time of symptom relief in the experimental group was significantly earlier than that of the reference group,the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the number of nebulization treatments was significantly less than that of the reference group,P<0.05;the total effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group Of 80.00%,P<0.05,the parental care satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of children with acute laryngitis has a significant effect,which can effectively promote symptom relief,reduce the number of nebulization treatments,and shorten the hospital stay,reduce the risk of complications,and improve parent care satisfaction.Ideal application value.
