手术室个性化舒适护理对甲状腺癌手术患者心理状态评分影响分析

Influence of personalized comfort nursing in operating room on psychological state score of patients with thyroid cancer surgery

目的分析手术室个性化舒适护理在甲状腺癌手术患者中的应用效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法筛选本院于2019.01-2021.12收治50例甲状腺癌手术患者展开分析,依据护理干预不同将纳入患者分组,单组例数25,组别设置对比组(手术室常规护理)、研究组(手术室个性化舒适护理),比较两组心理状态、血压和心率情况、患者舒适度。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较均无差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均较对比组更低(P<0.05)。术前30min、术后12h,研究组收缩压、舒张压、心率均较对比组更低(P<0.05)。术后3天,研究组患者生理、心理、精神、社会文化和环境4个维度评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌手术患者实施手术室个性化舒适护理,可显著改善其心理状态,且能够减轻对血压、心率影响,患者舒适度较高,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized comfort nursing in operating room in patients with thyroid cancer surgery and its influence on the psychological state of patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with thyroid cancer surgery who were admitted to our hospital from 2019.01 to 2021.12 were screened and analyzed.According to different nursing interventions,the patients were divided into groups.The number of patients in a single group was 25.Personalized comfort care in the room),the psychological state,blood pressure and heart rate,and patient comfort were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).30 minutes before operation and 12 hours after operation,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after operation,the scores of the four dimensions of physiology,psychology,spirit,social culture and environment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing personalized comfortable nursing in the operating room for patients with thyroid cancer surgery can significantly improve their psychological state,and can reduce the impact on blood pressure and heart rate,and the patient’s comfort is high,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
