全方位护理对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的改善作用研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the oral mucosal response of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma caused by radiotherapy

目的研究鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应中行全方位护理的效果。方法数据遴选本院2019年5月-2021年11月收治的96例鼻咽癌患者,均行化疗,“随机抽样法”分常规组(常规护理,n=48)、方位组(全方位护理,n=48),2组疗效比较分析。结果护理前比较两组生活质量无差异,P>0.05;护理后与常规组比较,方位组QLQ-C30评分更高;方位组Ⅰ度比例(39.58%)高于常规组(8.33%),方位组Ⅳ度比例(2.08%)低于常规组(14.58%),方位组满意率(95.83%)高于常规组(83.33%),P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论全方位护理可改善鼻咽癌患者化疗所致口腔黏膜反应、提高生活质量及满意度,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of omni-directional nursing care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in response to oral mucosal reactions caused by radiotherapy.Methods The data selected 96 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2021,and all received chemotherapy.The“random sampling method”is divided into the control group(routine nursing,n=48),the observation group(all-round nursing,n=48),and a comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups.Results There was no difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,compared with the control group,the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher;the ratio of observation group I(39.58%)was higher than that of the control group(8.33%).The ratio of degree IV in the observation group(2.08%)was lower than that of the control group(14.58%),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve the oral mucosal reaction caused by chemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction,which is worthy of praise.
