艾灸神阙穴联合耳穴压豆对鼻咽癌放化疗患者毒副反应及生存质量的影响

Effects of moxibustion at Shenque point combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on toxic side effects and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的探讨艾灸神阙穴联合耳穴压豆对鼻咽癌放化疗患者毒副反应及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年4月~2020年5月收治的80例鼻咽癌放化疗患者,根据治疗方案分为观察组及对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行艾灸神阙穴联合耳穴压豆,对两组干预效果进行比较。结果观察组毒副反应发生率为10.00%,较对照组27.50%低(P<0.05);干预前,两组各领域生存质量评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组各领域生存质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论艾灸神阙穴联合耳穴压豆在鼻咽癌放化疗患者中应用价值较高,利于减少毒副反应,改善生存质量,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion at Shenque point combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on the toxic and side effects and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment plan,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received moxibustion at Shenque point combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of toxic and side effects in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 27.50%(P<0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life in all areas between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of moxibustion at Shenque point combined with ear acupoint pressing beans in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy is high,which is beneficial to reduce toxic and side effects and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of application.
