药用狗牙花中单萜吲哚生物碱的研究

摘要 目的:研究药用狗牙花Tabernaemontana bovina Loureiro中的单萜吲哚生物碱类化学成分。方法:综合运用硅胶、反相、凝胶等柱色谱技术以及高速逆流色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对药用狗牙花中的单萜吲哚生物碱进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果:从药用狗牙花中的总生物碱部位中分离纯化得到12个单萜吲哚生物碱,分别鉴定为:tabernaebovine A(1)、dregamine(2)、tabernaemontanine(3)、16-epi-19,20(S)-dihydroperivine(4)、vobasine(5)、vobasidine C(6)、apparicine(7)、isovoacangine(8)、voacangine(9)、19-epi-heyneanine(10)、19-epi-isovoacristine(11)、voacristine(12)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6~8、11为首次从药用狗牙花中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of monoterpene indole alkaloids from Tabernaemontana bovina.Methods:The monoterpene indole alkaloids were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,HSCCC,HPLC.Their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results:Twelve monoterpenes indole alkaloids were isolated from the total alkaloids of Tabernaemontana bovina and identified as tabernaebovine A(1),dregamine(2),tabernaemontanine(3),16-epi-19,20(S)-dihydroperivine(4),vobasine(5),vobasidine C(6),apparicine(7),isovoacangine(8),voacangine(9),19-epi-heyneanine(10),19-epi-isovoacristine(11),voacristine(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new monoterpene indole alkaloid.Compound 4 is isolated from Tabernaemontana genus for the first time,compounds 6 to 8 and 11 are isolated from Tabernaemontana bovina for the first time.
