摘要
目的:研究湖北大戟Euphorbia hylonoma Hand.-Mazz.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、中压液相色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化;通过^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、ESI-MS等数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从湖北大戟中分离纯化得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚(1)、异槲皮苷(2)、番石榴苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、2″-O-没食子酰基-槲皮苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-(4″-没食子酰基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)、阿福豆苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸-6″-甲酯(8)、槲皮素(9)、(-)-丁香酯素(10)、臭矢菜素A(11)、七叶亭(12)、七叶苷(13)、新海胆灵A(14)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸(15)、3-O-没食子酰基-莽草酸(16)。结论:其中,化合物1~14、16为首次从湖北大戟中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia hylonoma.Methods:The chemical constituents from the Euphorbia hylonoma were isolated and purified by silica column,medium-pressure liquid chromatography and preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by ^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and ESI-MS.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from Euphorbia hylonoma and identified as kaempferol(1),isoquercitrin(2),guaijaverin(3),quercitrin(4),2″-O-galloyl quercitrin(5),quercetin-3-O-(4″-galloyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(6),afzelin(7),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide-6″-methyl ester(8),quercetin(9),(-)-syringaresinol(10),cleomiscosin A(11),esculetin(12),aesculin(13),necechinulin A(14),3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid(15),3-Ogalloyl-shikimic acid(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 14,16 are isolated from Euphorbia hylonoma for the first time.
