全国31省市道地药材地理标志产品的竞争力评价研究 被引量:1

Study on Competitiveness Evaluation of Geographical Indication Products of Authentic Medicinal Materials in 31 Provinces and Cities of China

摘要 目的:通过建立竞争力评价模型客观分析我国31个省(市)道地药材地理标志产品的综合竞争力。方法:采用因子分析法和聚类分析法,围绕产品基础、产业发展条件和市场需求选取系列指标,构建道地药材地理标志产品的综合竞争力评价模型。结果:(1)全国31个省(市)道地药材地理标志产品的竞争力呈现枣核型分布;(2)高竞争力区道地药材地理标志登记数量占全国半数以上,产品基础优势明显;中竞争力区市场需求优势突出,但整体竞争力一般;低竞争力区民族药资源丰富,但对自然资源的依赖性较强且地理标志保护率偏低。结论:(1)高竞争力区应优化产品布局,打造龙头示范产品;(2)中竞争力区可探索“互联网+”的新型贸易方式,发挥市场需求优势;(3)低竞争力区应加强民族药的地理标志保护,推进野生抚育和仿生栽培。 Objective:To objectively analyze the comprehensive competitiveness of geographical indication products of authentic medicinal materials in 31 provinces(cities)by establishing a competitiveness evaluation model.Methods:By using factor analysis and cluster analysis method,a series of indexes were selected based on product basis,industrial development conditions and market demand,and the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model of geographical indication products of genuine medicinal materials was established.Results:(1)The competitiveness of geographical indication products of true medicinal materials in 31 provinces(cities)show jujube kernel type distribution;(2)The number of registered geographical indication products of authentic medicinal materials in the highcompetitive area accounts for more than half of the country,and the product base has obvious advantages;The market demand advantage in the middle-competitive area is outstanding,but the overall competitiveness is average;The ethnic medicine resources in the low-competitive area are rich,but rely on natural resources strong gender and low protection rate of geographical indications.Conclusion:(1)High-competitive areas should optimize product layout and create leading demonstration products;(2)Medium-competitive areas explores a new"Internet+"trading method and leverages market demand advantages;(3)Low-competitive areas should strengthen the protection of geographical indications of ethnic medicines,promote wild tending and bionic cultivation.
