摘要
目的:研究皱叶黄杨Buxus rugulosa Hatusima的化学成分。方法:利用多种色谱分离方法及NMR谱图分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从皱叶黄杨枝叶中分离得到10个黄杨生物碱,分别鉴定为:buxruguline F(1)、(-)-(E)-buxenone(2)、(-)-(Z)-buxenone(3)、trans-cyclosuffrobuxinine(4)、(-)-cyclosuffrobuxinine M(5)、(+)-16α-acetoxybuxabenzamidienine(6)、N_(20)-acetylbuxamine G(7)、N_(20)-acetylbuxamine E(8)、cyclovirobuxine-D(9)、cyclobuxosuffrine(10)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、3、5为首次从皱叶黄杨中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Buxus rugulosa.Methods:Multiple chromatographic separation methods and NMR spectra were used to analyze and identify the structures of compounds.Results:Ten alkaloids were isolated from the branches and leaves of Buxus rugulosa and identified as buxruguline F(1),(-)-(E)-buxenone(2),(-)-(Z)-buxenone(3),trans-cyclosuffrobuxinine(4),(-)-cyclosuffrobuxinine M(5),(+)-16α-acetoxybuxabenzamidienine(6),N_(20)-acetylbuxamine G(7),N_(20)-acetylbuxamine E(8),cyclovirobuxine-D(9),cyclobuxosuffrine(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 2,3,5 are isolated from Buxus rugulosa for the first time.
