川滇香薷化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Elsholtzia souliei

目的:研究川滇香薷Elsholtzia souliei Lévl.地上部分的化学成分。方法:运用正反相柱色谱、MCI、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶及制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,通过质谱、NMR等现代波谱技术对获得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从川滇香薷中分离得到22个化合物,分别鉴定为:5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(2)、4′,5,6-三羟基-3′,7-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(3)、3-吲哚甲醛(4)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5)、(+)-syringaresinol(6)、乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)、邻苯二甲酸-2-乙基己酯(9)、香草醛(10)、对香豆酸乙酯(11)、perilloxin(12)、(E)-3,4-二羟基苯亚甲基丙酮(13)、N-feruloyltyramine(14)、(-)-rosiridol(15)、2-(4-羟基苯基)-乙二醇(16)、(1S)-(3-乙基苯基)-1,2-乙二醇(17)、1,2-羟基茉莉酮酸(18)、ethyl rosmarinate(19)、苯甲酸丁酯(20)、α-亚麻酸(21)、间羟基苯丙酸甲酯(22)。结论:其中,化合物3、6、12~19为首次从香薷属植物中分离得到,22个化合物均为首次从川滇香薷中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the acrial part of Elsholtzia souliei.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by forward and reversed-phase column chromatography,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,preparative liquid phase,the structures of the compounds were identified by mass spectrometry,NMR and other modern spectral techniques.Results:Twenty-two compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia souliei and identified as 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxylflavone(1),5-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxylflavone(2),4',5,6-trihydroxy-3',7-dimethoxyflavanone(3),indole-3-carboxaldehyde(4),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5),(+)-syringaresinol(6),ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),dibutylphthalate(8),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(9),vanillin(10),cis-p-coumaric acid ethyl ester(11),perilloxin(12),4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-butene-2-one(13),N-feruloyltyramine(14),(-)-rosiridol(15),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(16),(1S)-(3-ethenylphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol(17),1,2-hydroxy jasmonic acid(18),ethyl rosmarinate(19),butyl benzoate(20),α-linolenic acid(21),M-hydroxyphenylpropionate methyl ester(22),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3,6,12 to 19 are isolated from Elsholtzia genus for the first time,all compounds are isolated from Elsholtzia souliei for the first time.
