邯郸地区柴胡根腐病病原鉴定及室内药剂毒力测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:明确邯郸地区柴胡根腐病的致病菌种类及适宜防治药剂,为邯郸地区柴胡根腐病田间防治提供依据。方法:采用组织分离法分离病原菌并进行致病性测定,通过形态观察和分子生物鉴定明确病原菌种类。采用菌丝生长速率法对6种常用杀菌剂进行室内毒力测定。结果:从柴胡根部分离病原菌株,经致病性测定明确该菌株为柴胡根腐病病原菌。结合形态学与分子生物学鉴定确定该病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum。室内毒力测定表明300 g/L苯甲·丙环唑效果最好,EC_(50)仅为0.0002μL/mL,其次是戊唑醇和氟唑菌酰羟胺,EC_(50)分别为0.0310和0.0446μL/mL。250 g/L嘧菌酯和500 g/L甲基硫菌灵的EC_(50)分别为0.1460和0.1472μL/mL,也表现出一定的抑菌效果。23.4%双炔菌酰胺对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果较差。结论:邯郸地区柴胡根腐病是由尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum引起,三唑类复配药剂苯甲·丙环唑对尖孢镰刀菌的防治效果最好。戊唑醇、氟唑菌酰羟胺、嘧菌酯和甲基硫菌灵可以作为轮换使用药剂,以减缓病原菌产生抗药性。 Objective:To clarify the types of pathogenic bacteria and screen potential control agents for Bupleurum chinense root rot in Handan,so as to provide a reference for prevention and control of Bupleurum chinense root rot.Methods:The pathogen was isolated by tissue separation method and pathogenicity was determined.Pathogen species were identified by morphological observation and molecular biological identification.The indoor toxieity of six common fungicides were tested by the mycelium growth rate.Results:The strain was isolated from the root of Bupleurum bupleurum,the pathogenicity test confirmed that the strain was the pathogen of Bupleurum bupleurum root rot.The pathogenic bacteria was identified as Fusarium oxysporum based on morphological and molecular biological characteristics.The indoor toxicity test showed that 300 g/L benzoyl·propiconazole had the best effect,and EC_(50)was only 0.0002μL/mL,followed by pentazolol and fluzolidazole hydroxylamine,EC_(50)was 0.0310,0.0446μL/mL,respectively.The EC_(50)of 250 g/L pyrimethanil and 500 g/L methylthiopazim were 0.1460,0.1472μL/mL,respectively,and they also showed certain bacteriostatic effect.23.4%diacetylamides showed poor inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum.Conclusion:The root rot of Bupleurum chinense in Handan is caused by Fusarium oxysporum,and the triazole compound agent benzoyl·propiconazole has the best control effect on Fusarium oxysporum.Pentazolol,fluzoyl hydroxyl amine,pyrimethystrobin and thiopazim can be used as rotating agents to slow the development of resistance in pathogenic bacteria.
