摘要 目的:研究鲜地黄的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI树脂柱色谱及HPLC制备技术对鲜地黄的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并采用波谱技术和理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:从鲜地黄中分离得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为:地黄三萜A(1)、3-epi-pomolic acid(2)、大根香叶烯B(3)、dihydroxy-β-ionone(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、泡桐素(6)、1-(4-methyl-2-furanyl)-2-(5-methyl-5-ethenyl-2-tetrahydrofuranyl)-propan-1-one(7)、梓醇(8)、筋骨草醇(9)、异毛蕊花糖苷(10)、毛蕊花糖苷(11)、海胆苷(12)、焦地黄苯乙醇苷B1(13)、苯甲醇-β-巢菜糖苷(14)、苯乙醇-β-巢菜糖苷(15)、苯乙醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16)、卫矛醇(17)、新地黄苷A(18)、rehmapicrogenin(19)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、3、6、14、17为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of active part from fresh Rehmannia glutinosa.Methods: The compounds of ethanol extract of fresh Rehmannia glutinosa were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20,MCI Gel column chromatography, preparative HPLC and their structures were identified by spectral data and physiochemical properties.Results: Nineteen compounds were isolated from fresh Rehmannia glutinosa and identified as dihuangtriterpene A(1),3-epi-pomolic acid(2),germacrene B(3),dihydroxy-β-ionone(4),β-sitosterol(5),paulownin(6),1-(4-methyl-2-furanyl)-2-(5-methyl-5-ethenyl-2-tetrahydrofuranyl)-propan-1-one(7),catalpol(8),ajugol(9),isoacteoside(10),acteoside(11),echinacoside(12),jionoside B1(13),benzyl alcohol xylopyranosyl-(l→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(l→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),dulcitol(17),rehmaglutoside A(18),rehmapicrogenin(19),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, compounds 2,3,6,14,17 are isolated from Rehmannia glutinosa for the first time.
