摘要
目的:研究月见草的化学成分。方法:采用50%含水丙酮对月见草进行组织破碎提取,提取物经减压浓缩得总浸膏。利用大孔吸附树脂、ODS、MCI、硅胶及半制备液相等多种色谱方法对总浸膏进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及波谱特征确定化合物的结构。结果:从月见草50%含水丙酮提取物中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为:丁香脂素(1)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(2)、(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(3)、4,9-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-7-oxo-8-O-4′-oxy-neolignan(4)、(7R,8S)-5-methoxy dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(5)、5,5′-二甲氧基-7-氧代落叶松脂醇(6)、evofolin B(7)、tarennone(8)、香叶木素(9)、2-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylfumaric acid(10)、trans-2-anhydromevalonic acid(11)、pantothenic acid C(12)、1,10-dimethyl ester-2-decenedioic acid(13)、香醛乙酮(14)、(-)-dehydrololiolide(15)、4-丙酮基-3,5-二甲氧基-1,4-对醌醇(16)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基肉桂酸(17)、反式肉桂酸(18)、6,7-二甲基香豆素(19)、东莨菪碱(20)。结论:化合物1~20均为首次从月见草中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Oenothera biennis.Methods:Oenothera biennis was extracted with 50%water-containing acetone and the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain total extract.The total extract was isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods,such as macroporous adsorption resin,ODS,MCI,silica gel and semi-preparative liquid.The structures of the compounds were identified according to their physical and chemical properties and spectral characteristics.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from the 50%water-containing acetone extract of Oenothera biennis and identified as syringaresinol(1),(+)-isolariciresinol(2),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(3),4,9-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-7-oxo-8-O-4′-oxy-neolignan(4),(7R,8S)-5-methoxy dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(5),5,5′-dimethoxy-7-oxolariciresinol(6),evofolin B(7),tarennone(8),diosmetin(9),2-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylfumaric acid(10),trans-2-anhydromevalonic acid(11),pantothenic acid C(12),1,10-dimethyl ester-2-decenedioic acid(13),acetovanillone(14),(-)-dehydrololiolide(15),4-acetonyl-3,5-dimethoxy-p-quinol(16),4-hydroxy-3-methlbenzal acid(17),trans-cinnamic acid(18),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(19),hyoscine(20),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 20 are isolated from Oenothera biennis for the first time.
