Chemical Constituents from the Fruits of Cordia dichotoma

目的:研究破布木Cordia dichotoma Forst.f.果实的化学成分。方法:应用正相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC等多种方法对破布木果实的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,运用现代波谱技术对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从破布木果实的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲醛(1)、pandanusphenol B(2)、latifolicinin C(3)、lyciumin(4)、latifolicinin B(5)、苏式-1,2-二(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1,3-丙二醇(6)、salicofoliol(7)、浙贝素(8)、楝叶吴萸素B(9)、异阿魏酸(10)、8S-(-)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoyl)-dihydrofuran-8(8′H)-one(11)、水杨酸(12)、3-吲哚甲醛(13)、3-羟基乙酰基吲哚(14)、1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(15)、(1H-indol-3-yl)oxoacetamide(16)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4、6~16为首次从破布木属植物中分离得到,化合物3、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Cordia dichotoma.Methods:The ethyl acetate part of Cordia dichotoma fruits was isolated and purified by normal silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC and other separation methods,the structures were identified by modern spectroscopy.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of Cordia dichotoma fruits and identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),pandanusphenol B(2),latifolicinin C(3),lyciumin(4),latifolicinin B(5),threo-1,2-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,3-diol(6),salicofoliol(7),zhebeiresinol(8),evofolin B(9),isoferulic acid(10),8S-(-)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoyl)-dihydrofuran-8(8′H)-one(11),salicylic acid(12),3-formylindole(13),3-hydroxylacetyl-indole(14),1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid(15),(1H-indol-3-yl)oxoacetamide(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4,6 to 16 are isolated from Cordia genus for the first time,compounds 3 and 5 are isolated from Cordia dichotoma for the first time.
