前胡与其混伪品石防风和亚洲岩风的鉴别研究

摘要 目的:筛选前胡正品白花前胡Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn及其常见混伪品石防风Kitagawia terebinthacea(Fisch.ex Treviranus)Pimenov、亚洲岩风Libanotis sibirica(L.)C.A.Mey.生药学方面的鉴别特征,以保障前胡药材临床用药的安全有效。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。结果:性状及显微鉴别均能较明显地区分三者;薄层色谱法可有效检出白花前胡中含有白花前胡甲素及乙素,而石防风及亚洲岩风只含有白花前胡甲素;三者的HPLC定量分析结果显示,白花前胡中白花前胡甲素的含量最高。结论:所选4种方法简便易行,为中药材前胡的真伪鉴别提供了科学依据,也为前胡药材的品质评价及质量监控提供了切实有效的技术支持。 Objective:To screen the differential characteristics of pharmacognosy of Peucedanum praeruptorum and adulterants Kitagawia terebinthacea,Libanotis sibirica,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the clinical use of Peucedanum praeruptorum.Methods:The methods of character identification,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were used.Results:The characters and microscopic identification could clearly distinguish them.The TLC method could effectively detect the praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B in Peucedanum praeruptorum,while only praeruptorin A was found in Kitagawia terebinthacea and Libanotis sibirica.The results of HPLC quantitative analysis of the three showed that the content of praeruptorin A in Peucedanum praeruptorum was the highest.Conclusion:The above four methods are simple and feasible,which provide a scientific basis for the identification of the authenticity of Peucedanum praeruptorum,and provide practical and effective support for the quality evaluation and quality supervision of Peucedanum praeruptorum.
