Identification of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Based on GC-IMS Technology

摘要 目的:比较红参、西洋参、人参中的挥发性成分差异,并对红参、西洋参和人参的产地和生长年限进行区分。方法:采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱法(GC-IMS)对红参、西洋参以及人参挥发性成分进行检测;结合Gallery Plot插件和Dynamic PCA插件分析其挥发性成分的差异。结果:从红参、西洋参和人参中分别获得14、13、22个特征成分。通过主成分分析可将三者区分开;同样也可以对不同年限的红参和西洋参进行区分,同一产地不同生长年限的人参之间挥发性成分含量存在差异。不同产地的人参可以通过主成分分析进行区分。对于未知的人参样品,可以先判断其产地,然后判断其生长年限。结论:该研究首次采用GC-IMS联用技术建立鉴别红参、西洋参和人参的方法,该方法具有高效无损、样品处理简单、结果准确的特点。通过GC-IMS系统联合数据分析软件易实现参类的产地溯源,为人参的鉴定及临床用药的准确性提供依据。 Objective:To compare the differences of volatile components in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,and to distinguish their origin and growing year.Methods:The volatile components of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma were detected by gas chromatography-ion migration spectrometry(GC-IMS).The differences of volatile components were analyzed by combining Gallery Plot and Dynamic PCA.Results:Fourteen,thirteen and twenty-two characteristic components were obtained from Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,respectively.The three kinds of samples could be distinguished by principal component analysis.It was also possible to distinguish between Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix of different growing year.The volatile compounds contents of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma from the same place were different in different growing years.Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different origins could be distinguished by principal component analysis.For unknown ginseng samples,the origin could be determined first and growing year was decided.Conclusion:In this study,GC-IMS is used for the first time to establish a method for the identification of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.The method has the characteristics of high efficiency and non-destructive,simple processing and accurate result.It is easy to trace the origin of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma through GC-IMS combined data analysis software,which provides a basis for the identification of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and the accuracy of clinical medication.
