摘要
目的:研究滇产白术的化学成分。方法:滇产白术水提物以吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法分离得到单体,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从滇产白术中分离得到28个化合物,分别鉴定为:苍术酮(1)、白术内酯Ⅰ(2)、白术内酯Ⅱ(3)、白术内酯Ⅲ(4)、白术内酰胺(5)、苍术素(6)、苍术素醇(7)、β-桉叶醇(8)、杜松脑(9)、大戟醇乙酸酯(10)、蒲公英赛醇(11)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、胡萝卜苷(14)、3,3′,4-O-三甲基鞣花酸(15)、7-羟基香豆素(16)、东莨菪内酯(17)、七叶亭(18)、芹菜素(19)、芹菜素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(20)、芫花素(21)、木犀草素(22)、木犀草苷(23)、咖啡酸(24)、阿魏酸(25)、紫丁香苷(26)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(27)、5-羟甲基-2-二甲氧基甲基呋喃(28)。结论:其中,化合物6、7、10、11、15、18、20、21、23、26为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Atractylodes macrocephala from northwest Yunnan.Methods:The water extract of Atractylodes macrocephala from northwest Yunnan was isolated by adsorption resin,gel column chromatography,pre-parative liquid phase chromatography and others,the structures were identified according to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twenty-eight compounds were isolated from Atractylodes macrocephala in northwest Yunnan and identified as atractylon(1),atractylenolideⅠ(2),atractylenolideⅡ(3),atractylenolideⅢ(4),atractylenolactam(5),atractylodin(6),atractylodinol(7),β-eudesmol(8),juniper camphor(9),euphorbolacetate(10),taraxerol(11),taraxerylacetate(12),β-sitosterol(13),daucosterol(14),3,3',4-tri-O-methyl ellagic acid(15),7-hydroxy coumarin(16),scopoletin(17),esculetin(18),apigenin(19),apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(20),genkwanin(21),luteolin(22),luteoloside(23),caffeic acid(24),ferulic acid(25),syringin(26),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(27),5-hydroxymethyl-2-dimethoxymethyl furan(28),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 6,7,10,11,15,18,20,21,23,26 are isolated from Atractylodes macrocephala for the first time.
