构树叶质量标准的研究

Quality Standard of Broussonetia papyrifera Leaves

目的:研究并建立构树叶的药材质量检验方法。方法:通过药材性状鉴定、粉末显微鉴定、薄层色谱鉴定等方法对构树叶药材进行鉴别;按2020年版中国药典通则方法测定构树叶的检查及浸出物等项目;采用高效液相色谱法检测构树叶中牡荆苷的含量。结果:寻找到具有鉴别意义的显微特征,薄层色谱斑点清晰,分辨率良好,在0.04187~0.2089μg/mL范围内牡荆苷的线性关系良好,回归方程为y=41.04x-0.087(r=0.999)。结论:该方法可用于构树叶的质量控制,且方便快捷。

Objective:To study and establish a method for quality control of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves.Methods:Through the methods of medicinal material characters identification,powder microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography identification and others,the medicinal material was identified.According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)general method,the inspection of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves and extract were determined,HPLC was used to determine the content of vitexin in Broussonetia papyrifera leaves.Results:The microscopic characteristics of distinguishing significance were found,the TLC spots were clear and the resolution was good.The linear relationship of vitexin in the range of 0.04187 to 0.2089μg/mL was good.The regression equation was y=41.04x-0.087(r=0.999).Conclusion:The method is convenient and fast,it can be used for the quality control of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves.
