藏药黄葵子的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Seeds of Tibetan Medicine Abelmoschus manihot

目的:研究藏药黄葵子的化学成分。方法:采用正反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、制备型高效液相等色谱方法对黄葵子进行系统分离,并应用波谱分析方法进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从藏药黄葵子醇提物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:(SS)-(+)-laserpitin(1)、北美芹素(2)、(3′S,4′R)-4′-O-senecioylkhellactone(3)、mimulone(4)、(-)-(3′S,4′S)-3′-angeloyloxy-4′-hydroxy-3′,4′-dihydroseselin(5)、旱前胡甲素(6)、孕烯醇酮(7)、8(S),9(R)-9-angeloyloxy-8,9-dihydrooroselol(8)、4′-methoxy-bavachromanol(9)、(+)-cis-khellactone(10)、1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(11)、山柰酚(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Abelmoschus manihot seeds.Methods:The compounds from Abelmoschus manihot seeds were systematically isolated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography,the structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Tibetan medicine Abelmoschus manihot seeds and identified as(SS)-(+)-laserpitin(1),pteryxin(2),(3′S,4′R)-4′-O-senecioylkhellactone(3),mimulone(4),(-)-(3′S,4′S)-3′-angeloyloxy-4′-hydroxy-3′,4′-dihydroseselin(5),daucoidin A(6),pregnenolone(7),8(S),9(R)-9-angeloyloxy-8,9-dihydrooroselol(8),4′-methoxy-bavachromanol(9),(+)-cis-khellactone(10),1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(11),kaempferol(12),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Abelmoschus manihot for the first time.
