摘要
目的:研究粉防己根的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、ODS柱色谱等方法对粉防己根的70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从粉防己根中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-oblongine(1)、fordianoside(2)、乌药碱(3)、荷包牡丹碱(4)、木兰花碱(5)、N,N-dimethyllindcarpine(6)、防己菲碱(7)、N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(8)、4-羟基苯乙醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、粉防己碱(10)、防己诺林碱(11)。结论:其中,化合物2、3、6、8、9为首次从粉防己中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Stephania tetrandra.Methods:The 70%ethanol extract from the roots of Stephania tetrandra was isolated and purified by column chromatography over macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS.The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from the roots of Stephania tetrandra and identified as(-)-oblongine(1),fordianoside(2),coclaurine(3),dicentrine(4),magnoflorine(5),N,N-dimethyllindcarpine(6),stephenanthrine(7),N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(8),4-hydroxyphenethylol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),tetrandrine(10),fangchinoline(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,3,6,8,9 are isolated from Stephania tetrandra for the first time.
