摘要
目的:研究民族药四数九里香Murraya tetramera Huang的化学成分及其细胞毒活性。方法:采用核磁共振波谱方法和文献数据对比鉴定化合物结构,采用MTS法分析了化合物的抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用。结果:从四数九里香的乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:咖啡酸(1)、1-hydroxy-3-propanyl-4-methylcarbazole(2)、kaempferol-3-O-β-(6″-caffeoyl glucoside)(3)、2,4,6-trimethyl-3-ethylphenol(4)、6,10-二乙基-12-苯基-十二烷酸甲酯(5)、1,10-seco-4-ξ-hydroxymuurol-5-ene-1,10-diket one(6)、天师酸(7)、tribulusimide C(8)、6,7-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)-coumarin(9)、p-hydroxycinnamic acid(10)、2-(4-hydroxy phenyl)-ethanol(11)、(4R,6S)-6-hydroxy piperitone(12)、cis-2,4,5-trihydroxycinnamic acid(13)、2-(phenylamino)phenol(14)、zingiberolide(15)。结论:其中,化合物2~15为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4对5株肿瘤细胞具有较好的生长抑制作用。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and cytotoxic activities of ethnodrug Murraya tetramera.Methods:NMR spectroscopy and literature data were used to compare the structures of the compounds.The MTS method was used to analyze the tumor inhibitory and proliferation effects of the compounds.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Murraya tetramera and identified as caffeic acid(1),1-hydroxy-3-propanyl-4-methylcarbazole(2),kaempferol-3-O-β-(6″-caffeoyl glucoside)(3),2,4,6-trimethyl-3-ethylphenol(4),6,10-diethyl-12-phenyl-lauricmethylest(5),1,10-seco-4-ξ-hydroxymuurol-5-ene-1,10-diket one(6),tianshic acid(7),tribulusimide C(8),6,7-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)-coumarin(9),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(10),2-(4-hydroxy phenyl)-ethanol(11),(4R,6S)-6-hydroxy piperitone(12),cis-2,4,5-trihydroxycinnamic acid(13),2-(phenylamino)phenol(14),zingiberolide(15),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 2 to 15 are all isolated from Murraya tetramera for the first time.Compound 4 has a good growth inhibitory effect on five tumor cells.
