羊肚菌菌丝、菌核对温度及钾盐胁迫下生理活性的响应 被引量:1

摘要 目的:高温、低温、钾盐浓度是羊肚菌栽培中常遇到的条件,研究胁迫条件对羊肚菌菌丝、菌核及生理活性的影响,可为人工栽培羊肚菌提供借鉴。方法:以粗炳羊肚菌Morchella crassipes菌株(编号Y-1)为实验材料,研究不同温度、钾盐浓度条件下,菌丝、菌核的生长的状况;不同温度、钾盐浓度处理下羊肚菌胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的变化。结果:当培养温度为18℃、钾盐浓度为4 g/L时,菌丝生长速度快、菌核数量较多,MDA含量低,可溶性蛋白含量较高,SOD、CAT、PPO活性较高,表明该条件下羊肚菌生长状况良好,对胁迫环境的抵抗能力较强。结论:实验结果可为羊肚菌的人工栽培条件提供参考依据。 Objective:To study the effects of high temperature,low temperature and potassium concentration on mycelia,sclerotium and physiological activities of Morchella crassipes,and to provide reference for artificial cultivation of Morchella crassipes.Methods:Morchella crassipes strain(No.Y-1)was used as experimental material to study the growth of mycelia and sclerotium under different temperature and potassium concentration conditions.The changes of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activities in Morchella crassipes under different temperature and potassium salt concentration were studied.Results:When the culture temperature was 18℃and the potassium salt concentration was 4 g/L,the mycelium growth rate was fast,the number of sclerotium was large,the content of MDA was low,the content of soluble protein was high,and the activities of SOD,CAT and PPO were high,which indicated that the Morchella crassipes had good growth condition and strong resistance to stress environment.Conclusion:The experimental results can provide reference for the artificial cultivation conditions of Morchella crassipes.
